Ingredients:
Chicken legs - 8
Besan - 50 gm
Egg white - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 10 gm
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 5 gm
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger- small piece (chopped)
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Cream - 10 gm
Butter - 10 gm
Oil - 20 gm
Method:
Chicken legs - 8

Method:
- Wash and make make slits on flesh of the legs.
- Roast the besan in butter till the raw smell is gone.
- In a mixing bowl, put chicken legs, salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves and ginger pieces.Mix well.
- Add egg white to the besan and add to the marinated chicken. Add cream.
- Leave the chicken in marination for 4-6 hours.
- Cook in tandoor. When 3/4th done, baste with oil and cook till fully done.
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot with onion lachche, cucumber and tomato slices.
